Susan has extensive experience across IT management, this includes; leading globally distributed teams, building trusted client partnerships, mentoring and motivating, collaborating with senior leaders, and delivering transformational IT programs across the globe using distributed agile teams. Susan is an accomplished speaker on digital strategy and innovation at major industry conferences in Australia.     Natasja Laurie is a software development focused recruiter, having spent the last 4 years hiring within the IT industry. She graduated from the London College of Music in 2013, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Engineering. After University she continued to live in London for another 2 years, working as a recording engineer and recruiter for audio and IT brands.  Early 2016, she relocated to sunny Melbourne and is now working as a Technical Recruiter for Odecee, A Cognizant Digital Business. Through hiring many developers as part of her role, her growing curiosity turned into a desire to be able to code herself, and so Natasja has dedicated the past 6 months to up-skilling herself and is a recent graduate of General Assembly’s Front End Web Development and JavaScript courses. Gerard is responsible for defining ANZ’s technology strategy, and building and managing ANZ’s technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing the development of new technologies, implementing existing technologies to help the Bank reach their strategic goals and creating systems and processes to make the best use of ANZ’s resources. He was previously Chief Strategy Officer for the Global Cloud Business Unit at Dimension Data where he was instrumental in the establishment of a portfolio of cloud-enabled managed services operating on a global platform. Prior to that, Gerard was Chief Technology Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for Dimension Data’s Australian division. Kate has spent over 25 years leading change in corporate, government and community sectors, particularly in human rights and equal opportunity law. She was recognised in the 2015 AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence Awards for her work in public policy. Meet Kate In early 2016, Kate Jenkins became Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner, leading several key projects at the Australian Human Rights Commission. These include the recently released report on the results of the national survey on sexual harassment and sexual assault at university, the Commission’s fourth sexual harassment workplace prevalence survey and continuing the Commission’s collaborative project on cultural reform with the Australian Defence Force. Kate is the convener of the National Male Champions of Change group (est. 2015), and the Co-Chair of Play by the Rules, a joint project between human rights agencies and sports commissions to make grass roots sports safe, fair and inclusive. Previously, Kate spent three years as the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commissioner, where she held an Independent Review into Sex Discrimination and Sexual Harassment, including Predatory Behaviour, in Victoria Police. She was also the Co-Chair of the Victorian Commission’s Disability Reference Group and a member of the Aboriginal Justice Forum. Kate spent 20 years as lead partner with Herbert Smith Freehills’ and 15 years on the board of Berry Street Victoria.
