Be your best in technology – two perspectives

Join us to hear from Susan Entwisle, Head of Odecee and Natasja Laurie, Technical Recruiter at Odecee, as they each share their journeys and lessons learnt.

Susan builds highly engaged and high-performing teams that work with clients to help them get the best out of technology for their businesses. Natasja leads Odecee’s involvement with Code Like a Girl, speaking about how to land your dream job in IT. She is also up skilling herself in software development.

Susan and Natasja are both passionate about helping others to be their best, driving diversity and inclusion and using technology to make a difference at work and home.

Dr Susan Entwisle is Head of Odecee, A Cognizant Digital Business.  She has worked primarily in senior roles leading IT teams, IT strategy, innovation, and solutions to meet business needs of large corporate clients.

Susan has extensive experience across IT management, this includes; leading globally distributed teams, building trusted client partnerships, mentoring and motivating, collaborating with senior leaders, and delivering transformational IT programs across the globe using distributed agile teams.

Susan is an accomplished speaker on digital strategy and innovation at major industry conferences in Australia.



Natasja Laurie is a software development focused recruiter, having spent the last 4 years hiring within the IT industry. She graduated from the London College of Music in 2013, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Engineering.

After University she continued to live in London for another 2 years, working as a recording engineer and recruiter for audio and IT brands.  Early 2016, she relocated to sunny Melbourne and is now working as a Technical Recruiter for Odecee, A Cognizant Digital Business.

Through hiring many developers as part of her role, her growing curiosity turned into a desire to be able to code herself, and so Natasja has dedicated the past 6 months to up-skilling herself and is a recent graduate of General Assembly’s Front End Web Development and JavaScript courses.
