Welcome to Importance of Women in IT.
We’ve got a brand new look

The “Importance of Women in IT’ series is a morning speaker event for our members and their guests, where we ask inspiring women and men in Information Technology or related fields, to share their experiences about the job they do now, how they got to where they are, the challenges they faced, the pitfalls they experienced along the way and the successes celebrated.

ANZ’s Return to Work program is centred on providing flexibility, confidence building and support networks for individuals, particularly women looking to return to work after taking a career break. Hear from the co-founder and ANZ’s Head of Technology Workforce, Carina Parisella, on the importance of designing for diversity, how companies can reap the rewards of a truly diverse and inclusive workforce and how talent is everywhere, you just have to open the door.
