Sheena has owned a startup business and is now the Head Of Enterprise Architecture at UniSuper and is redefining how Enterprise Architecture embodies customer centred and service design as critical to driving strategic outcomes. In particular, encompassing a focus on digital transformation and how organizations engage, build relationships and experiences with customers.

Not only is she rare In a leadership role in Enterprise Architecture (there are very few women in this domain), she also goes against the grain in her views of ensuring that design and human-centred thinking are core to any Enterprise Architecture to drive genuine business value.
