Romy is a Director in the IT recruitment industry , with over 20 years experience in IT.

Romy has been a key driver on diversity in recruitment and created Next100women movement which is an ongoing program for women wishing to progress their IT careers.

She has been a keynote speaker at industry events and diversity programs and is currently working with clients to create a capability assessment pilot that moves away from the traditional candidate application process.
