Ludwina Dautovic is a successful entrepreneur for over with over two decades of start-up and digital media experience. As Founder and CEO of The Room Xchange, Ludwina has created an online service, which connects busy households with a spare room in their home (hosts) with like-minded guests. Guests provide 2 hours of domestic help each day in exchange for food and accommodation, all of which is managed on a sophisticated platform driven by algorithms and an empathetic customer experience.

Media Minds, her first company, was commissioned by Apple and Optus to design and deliver an educational media program for schools. For the next five years, Ludwina and her team ran media workshops in over 300 schools with significant media and technology deliverables.

Ludwina then combined technological expertise with business acumen providing consulting services to businesses operating in the online space. Today, Ludwina is an investor in emerging innovative technologies and is known for her disruptive market leadership. Ludwina has successfully completed her first capital raise for The Room Xchange, with the aim of leading the company towards a global market.

The Room Xchange, recently made the Anthill Top 100 Cool Company List, won the Editors Choice Award, has been named a finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards and made the Who’s Who of Australian Business and Who’s Who of Australian Women 2018.
