Kira has been in the technology industry for over 11 years as a designer. She has also worked as a hybrid marketing-design professional for eight across the Finance (AMP), Government (EPA) and Creative industries.

Kira has a genuine and humble nature and is passionate about human-centred design, customer experiences, products that make a difference and eating curry.

As an Experience Design Consultant at Transpire, she works within an Agile team to create delightful and user-friendly mobile experiences for products that make a difference in people’s lives. She knows how to speak tech and can translate jargon that into language and concepts you can understand.

Kira is currently the Marketing and PR lead within the Communications stream for Go Girl – Go for IT. She is passionate about ensuring that all young girls understand the variety of career opportunities available and feel inspired to explore their skills and understanding within tech.

Kira relatively new the public speaking scene, but has spoken at events for General Assembly and UX meet-ups. She is a confident and capable guest speaker as well as panelist.
