Elise Stevens, is the founder of ‘Fix My Project Chaos‘ and the voice for women in Project Management here in Australia.

Elise provides a channel for women’s voices to be heard, supported and embraced in Project Management. Elise’s key speaking topics are:

  • Lifting the Visibility of Women in Project Management
  • Why Diversity in Project Management is Imperative
  • How Women can lift their profile in Project Management

Elise has been featured in countless guest podcasts and articles, including with the Association of Project Management, Sally Foley Lewis, Conversations of Change and Project Management Paradise to name only a few. She has also produced her own series of Podcasts along with guest speakers from around the world.

She runs workshops and has designed a ‘4 Steps for Engaging Difficult Stakeholders’ E-Course. She has also collaborated with a range of organisations including Queensland Urban Utilities, Ipswich City Council, Coca-Cola Amatil, Hutchinson Telecoms and Ansett Australia.
