Dr Lodwick was coding in the 70s(!), taught programming and became a Head of School in the 80s, did a Masters in the 90s and ended up being a Managing Director of a global IT company early this century until dreadful circumstances (she uncovered some major crime) forced her to leave to be safe in 2003. Since then she has completed a PhD on how to develop people to lead in a complex world and designed and delivered programs to both small and very large groups.

Dr Lodwick is particularly interested in speaking about what she have learned about promoting women into leadership positions in STEMM industries.
