The program attracts mentees with a wide range of experience from new graduate to experienced managers and therefore, we look for mentors with a range of experience so we can match a mentor with the appropriate level of experience to each mentee. We also look for mentors with enough availability to support mentees throughout the program (at least 1-2 hours a month).
Registrations open in early December after our end of year event. Expressions of interest for our next intake can be emailed to [email protected] throughout the year. You will be added to our database and receive communication from us as to when program registration is open and instructions as to how to register.

The program is based in Australia with our head office in Melbourne.
Yes. We will accept registrations from mentors/mentees located in different states or even overseas. In these cases, we can’t guarantee your mentor/mentee will be based in your location. We offer online events in conjunction with in-person events as COVID has shown us that you don’t have to be in the same room as someone to build a relationship with them.

This may be unavoidable due to changes in employment conditions or roles, or if either or both of you are no longer benefiting from the relationship. In the case of the termination or if your Mentee / Mentor has been unresponsive after multiple attempts, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected]
