As a coach, trainer, facilitator and author, Maree has spent the last couple of decades developing others and helping them bring out their best. Her ‘Calm Culture through Conversation’ program helps leaders, teams and individuals communicate more effectively and thrive through change.

Maree is Certified in Conversational Intelligence; accredited to administer of MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and GENOS (Emotional Intelligence) instruments; a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming); holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and a Project Management Certificate.  Her book ‘The XX Project – Giving women the skills and confidence to step up in corporate’ was published in 2015.
